Estate

Property listings — stone paper, moss actions, serif prices, a list + map split with price pins and an agent panel with a lead pipeline

A warm, architectural language for property portals, agencies and developers, Persian-first. Stone paper and charcoal ink, a moss green for searching and contacting, sun-amber reserved for new, featured and price cuts, and Young Serif for prices, places and headings. Drawn architectural “photos” stand in for listing images; listing cards share one anatomy (price and price per m², title, address, area, bedrooms, year, parking, elevator, storage); results sit beside a map with price pins that highlight their cards; a featured home has a gallery, fact grid, amenities, a loan calculator and a sticky agent card with visit booking. The agent panel covers KPIs, views, best performers with boosts, a listings table, a lead pipeline, a visit schedule, saved-search alerts and a three-step listing wizard.
