Sprocket

A social photo network made of analog film — posts as photo prints with a date imprint, reels on a sprocket strip, profiles as contact sheets with grease-pencil picks and a red-safelight darkroom mode

A Persian-first language for social photo and short-video apps, creator tools, photo communities and film labs. Everything comes from analog photography: a post is a photo print with a thick white edge for the caption and an orange date imprint on the photo; story avatars wear an exposure ring with one dash per unseen story; short videos run along a film strip with sprocket holes and edge numbers; profiles, explore and top posts are contact sheets on black film base where the best frames are circled in grease pencil and rejects crossed out; highlights are film canisters. One safelight red is love and the action; the dark theme is a darkroom under that light. The app has a rail (bottom tab bar on phones), stories with a timed viewer, double-tap likes with a heart, comments, a post viewer with exposure data and a create dialog with film-stock filters. The creator studio has KPI tiles with sparklines, followers growth, top posts on a contact sheet, a best-time heatmap, reach by format, audience age and cities, messages with quick replies and a weekly schedule.
